Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a size exchange or return for a full refund.
  • For health and safety reasons, worn earrings are not eligible for return. Please ensure they are unworn before sending them back.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with the packaging intact.
  • After the 30-day window, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

How to Return Your Item For A Full Refund.

To return your item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Package Your Item
    Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, ensuring they are unworn and unused.
  2. Include Your Information
    Inside the package, be sure to include on a piece of paper:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • Your reason for returning

Then, please follow our Shipping Rules below.

This information helps us process your return quickly and provide you with your full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

 

How to Exchange for a Different Size.

If you need a different size, please follow the steps above and include a note inside the package with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The new size you would like to receive

Then, we’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.
